The original question, two months ago, referred to the following photo:

Krasnaya Pyaterka formation

Now we know that those are “Krasnaya Pyaterka” I-16 and that photo was taken sometimes in 1940. We also know that those were M-62 powered demonstration planes and that they were painted in red.
