It is a pity we haven´t got any documentary confirmation about the existence of tanks in the 16 ID. I am personally much interested in the fightings of that divison in Estonia around Rohesaari (Rohe), where the regiments of the division were destructed and 3 tanks B-7 were driven to the bog as surrounded. I have personally been there in the places, with a metal detector, where the tanks were exploded in 1949 and transported to the scrap metal purchase centre. One tank was captured by Germans in fully operational condition, 3 more were turned immovable. So, all in all, there were at least 7 tanks in the battle from the 16 RD.
- его английский плох,но мпой еще хуже. Пишет что лично ходил с металлоискателем. Остовы танков взорвали или порезали в 49 году и отправили в металоллом.
